The 4-Step Strategy to Improve Your Celebration Mood

  • Write a list of things troubling you. Naming problems is the first step on solving them if you have control or reducing their impact if you have no control.
  • Review progress over time.  Do a before-and-after comparison using journals, goals lists, planners, etc. to see how far you have traveled.
  • It’s okay to Keep the Faith. Having faith that you are a key-part of creating a better future is a lifesaver when things get tough.
  • It’s okay to rely on others – You are not alone and don’t forget we don’t have to do it all. There are various ways to do this, but in this episode I listed out the people who helped me have a successful podcast and focused on the gratitude towards them.
